This year’s conference is an especially meaningful one as we celebrate 10 years of SRFCFA and the community that has grown around the shared mission of advancing student-run free clinics and the communities they serve.

Conference registration is a three-step process:

1. Complete the conference registration form.

2. Submit your membership dues ($100) and conference registration fee ($100): Pay here.

3. Complete the membership survey if you have not yet.

Note this is separate registration from the Student conference, which takes place the day after ours!

We are excited to have a virtual/remote registration option for the 2026 SRFCFA Conference (Transitions: Navigating Change, Sustaining Mission)! If travel constraints or scheduling conflicts keep you from traveling to Los Angeles this October, you can still tune in to our live sessions and national discussions remotely.

• In-Person vs. Virtual: While the full conference experience is optimized for in-person networking, workshops, and collaboration, remote access ensures you won't miss key insights.

Parking Options

Nearest Visitor Parking to Geffen Hall – Parking #18 – partially open:

Self-Pay Option UCLA parking pay stations give you short-term parking options in lots and structures located throughout campus.

Self-service pay stations are located in all visitor parking areas. Visitors must pay for parking BEFORE they leave their vehicles. For more information on locations, rates, and hours of operation, refer to the section below. Pay station permits are not valid in parking stalls outside of the visitor parking section of the structure and stalls posted for Blue and X permits or otherwise reserved.

To purchase visitor parking at the pay station, follow the steps below:
1. All self-service pay stations use pay-by-plate technology. Once parked, go to the nearest parking pay station.
2. Enter your license plate number.
3. If you do not have a license plate number, please enter the last 6 (six) digits of your Vehicle ID Number (VIN). Your VIN can be found on the driver's side door or the lower driver's side of the windshield.
4. Choose the amount of time that you would like to spend on campus.
5. Pay using the exact cash amount or with a credit card. For those using their VIN, please place your receipt on your dashboard, otherwise nothing else is required. Pay stations do not provide change. There are no refunds for pay station purchases.

Walking Directions to Geffen Hall Room 122:

Directions from 10833 Le Conte Avenue corner Triverton Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90095 to Geffen Hall Room 122:

1. Walk past the Geffen Hall main building, keeping it on your right via Triverton Ave.
2. Take the walkway via Tiverton Ave on the right side of Geffen Hall and continue until you reach the open area of Parking Structure 27.
3. Turn left into the open area of Parking Structure 27, then continue walking straight to the end until you reach the short set of stairs.
4. Turn left and continue straight ahead until you see the signage for Seminar Room 122 on your right.
Note: The restrooms are located just past Seminar Room 122. Continue down the hallway to your right.

SSRFCC: Need Poster Judges & Facilitators

As we prepare for the upcoming SSRFC Annual Conference, we are seeking faculty volunteers to support two important components of the weekend: poster judging and our “Bridging the Gap” session.

This year, we will have approximately 150 posters presented during each poster session. With such a large number of student presenters and a limited judging window, strong faculty participation will be essential to ensure that each poster receives thoughtful evaluation and meaningful feedback.

We are also looking for faculty volunteers to participate in “Bridging the Gap,” a session focused on fostering discussion, mentorship, and connection between students and faculty.

We would be very grateful for your support with either or both opportunities. Even volunteering for a single session would make a significant difference in helping us provide a strong experience for our student presenters and attendees.
