The Society of Student-Run Free Clinics will develop a national interprofessional platform for student-run clinics through both an annual conference, website, and newsletter in order to:
increase communication to foster the sharing of ideas
collaborate on research
provide funding resources
expand the existing scope of clinics as well as cultivate the growth of the new ones

While the Student-Run Free Clinic Faculty Association (SRFCFA) and the Society of Student-Run Free Clinics Conference (SSRFCC) share a joint commitment to community-based healthcare and student education, we operate as two distinct, independent organizations.
The faculty and staff of the SRFCFA are dedicated mentors focused on advancing student-engaged care at free clinics. To maximize faculty participation and streamline travel for our members, the SRFCFA intentionally schedules its annual conference on the day directly preceding the SSRFCC. This intentional alignment allows educators, advisors, and clinical preceptors to engage in targeted professional development while being right there on-site to encourage, support, and celebrate their students during the SSRFCC.
